Lasting Memories challenge #31

Yes, I know I'm on the DT but I love this sketch!
I also know it's a CORNY joke but...
I used my digital software from SU, a label punch(also from SU), an index punch from SU and some rub-ons. Added some bling also (of course)

Lasting Memories challenge #31

This week, we followed a sketch for Lasting Memories. I REALLY LIKE SKETCHES!
My LO (it's digital) is my little sister and myself with a ridiculous hairdo. To add insult to injury, they dressed us alike and then made us pose for this picture.
It is kinda cute but now I'M A HAIRDRESSER!
I just added some rub-ons, flowers, sequins and some bling of course to my digital LO. (I LIKE DIGITAL, IT'S A WEE BIT FASTER and for some people, it eliminates the mess, BUT I STILL MANAGE TO MAKE ONE!

I'm watching you.

Finally made a LO with the eyes I made. My previous post was the culprit.
Gwen found these old windshields (probably from a model-T or something like that cuz they are small!) I put eye's on one (there were two). I used glass beads and Gwen framed them and put them up.
On the LO I added some rub-ons and some bling of course.
(It is digital)

Stampin' Sisters in Christ #81 & Flutterby #146

Stampin' Sister's in Christ was do a card/project that was hidden from first view, based on this scripture.
Scripture: Matthew 6:6
"But you, when you pray,
 go into your inner room,
close your door and pray
to your Father who is in
secret, and your Father
 who sees what is done
 in secret will reward you."
I love this angel that was e-mailed
to me and I knew I needed to do
 something with her.
 I also got this poem
 e-mailed to me and I
really like it. The
Flutterby challenge was
 to follow Carly's sketch.

lasting Memories challenge #30

At Lasting Memories we were asked to use (1)die cut (2)brads and (3) layers. For some reason I had scrappers block and did procrastinate some! My diecut is the glasses which have some brads on them and of course bling. THINGS ALWAYS LOOK A BIT (ok alot) different with and without glasses! My layers were from Florals Embellished cricut cartridge. It's cool, don't ya think? My snowflake is a brad, I got from Hobby Lobby. I searched the web for the pic of Marilyn Monroe (high expectations) The frame is also an embossed diecut. My stamp I've had forever. I added some rub-ons, bling and journaling from Word.

I haven't made a LO Yet! Those eyes under the glasses, I made, calking those flat glass beads, you find everywhere, on glass. It just happened to fit with my LO.

Stampin' Sisters in Christ #80 & New digitals

Mini scrapbook.

Picton Castle
I made this digital mini scrapbook for my friend. She was gone for 9 months on this working ship. Chibley was a good traveling companion and he had 6 toes on each foot. (I suppose so he could swim better!)
What fun to drive 4-wheeler's.
Instead of shaving her head, she got a tatoo!
BEAUTIFUL SCENERY!
See my digital images, I made from stamps. I made them from the Beware Pirates stamp set from SU.
Their pets are quite different than ours! Pet turtles, begging pelicans and sea lions.
I played with my computer to change the color of the iguana.
She farmed some turtles! (Whatever that means.)
The kids were real proud of their books! Another good picture of the tall ship and a dimensional sailboat I added (from somewhere)
You mean celeb's sail. He joined them during the last leg. (He was the yukky husband from, the movie Enough. I told Lorraine, I'd have a rough time liking him because he played it so well)
I dropped her book and bent one of corners. I realized I needed to re-inforce the corners. I had just enough metal corners (they were in my stash, WHEW!)

I"M HAVING A TOUGH TIME WITH CHALLENGE THIS WEEK! SO I'M PROCRASTINATING. BUT DON"T WORRY , I'LL FIGURE OUT SOMETHING!

Spring Break!

If you listen closely the Dove's are singing
"GO BACK TO SCHOOL" The kid's and
parents get so bored. These dove's are
ONLY helping! This is all I can hear now!

Oh, I put my signature in my digital
software and It Worked! Now I'm
trying to figure out how to send my
projects to my photo library...LOL

Lasting Memories challenge #29

First did everyone spring forward?
Then (it may sound dumb but..) can anyone tell me how to apply my watermark to my LO?!
This week's challenge is to have a green & white LO.
This is digital and I used the clown digi I got from Stef at Glitterbabe's digis. Check them out THEIR COOL! I painted it with some colored pen's I got from Sam's. Did some journaling on Word and added some paper flowers I got from Hobby Lobby. They were kinda blingy but I had to be sure and added some more bling! THE GREEN IS GREENER THAN IT APPEARS!

Lasting Memories#28 and Scrapbookers Anonymous.

I made my page into a quilt top! I love this technique because it allows you to use more photos. On the outside, I raised my hummingbird digis, I got from Tiffany's Doodles (her digis are quite cool, don't ya think? Check them out by clicking the badge on the right of my blog) with dimensionals, to make a frame. I colored the wings and the beaks.
Scrapbookers anonymous asked to use up your stash of flowers. (I love flowers!) Hummingbirds and flowers (WHAT A GOOD COMBO)!!!

Mini scrapbook.

This friend of mine took a journey across the equator on the Picton Castle and she was gone 9 months. I'm going to make her a mini scrapbook of her journey.
I had to put on my thinking cap for this one and I GOT IT! SU does not have available in digital
BEWARE PIRATES, so I bought the stamps and figured I'd stamp the images on the pages and then laminate them. (TOO BAD, IT"S NOT AVAILABLE IN DIGITAL!)
But wait, I can stamp them, scan them and send them to my photo library and I HAVE A DIGITAL IMAGE!
Cool huh!
(My images are BEWARE PIRATES
and the neg. SAILBOAT)

Stampin' Sisters in Christ #78 & Lasting Memories # 27

I did this digital LO for 2 challenges. It fit the sketch for Lasting Memories! Also Stampin Sisters in Christ wanted you to add at least 3 buttons, I added 6 and 1 digital button. I had to add my own finishing touches.  I added some quilling, buttons and a little journaling from WORD.
(of course, I had to add some Bling)
