Dawn's doggies!

When I was in Conroe I took these pics of my sister enjoying her puppins (puppies). I used somethings I've had for a looonnnggg time, the border punch is from Martha Stewart, some of the things I got at Lone Star Scrapbooking when I was there, a word punch from SU and some BLING (of course) and sequins from my stash.  I have used my MAC WORD quite a bit, I hate journaling but it makes it quite pleasant.

SILLY GIRLS!

If our pets only knew how much FUN they create!
Sally and I were playing on Christmas Eve.Nothing left to do No more stress!!!
I love this pic of Zulu and his Elf and Bailee, but the layout brings back memories of fun!!!
I don't remember all the things I did to this LO except for the bling (of course) from my stash, mostly it's the pics that make it memorable.

Lasting Memories scrap book challenge

We had about 4 good snows last year, which is very unusual for El Paso. I just got around to scrapping one of them.
The words were from WORD on the computer I used a large snow flake brad I got from hobby lobby and the silver paper.  I used the SU word punch.  Of Course I used BLING and sequins from my stash!

Project Tuesday photo cube!

This is a fun project (not easy, yet not necessarily hard either,I just didn't get it until I started it!)
Well Christmas is all about the bling and shiny stuff.
I made this photo cube for a friend who has been in stage 4 cancer for 3 years and now it's gone (IT'S A MIRACLE!)
I got the idea looking at a SU catalogue. The front had a clock on the cover and I thought it was cool! The sides were cards I received. The back was for a Christmas profile pic on FB. (I usually HATE pics of myself but this one will do.) The top was some rub-ons but they didn't want to stick to my card stock very well and some BLING and sequins from my stash of course!

Pennant banner for Project Tuesday and ScrapBook page for Lasting Memories

Killing two birds with one stone!
I made a Pennant Banner out of my new owl punch from SU for a scrap book pg. N-I-G-H-T was lettered with foam letters and border was Jolee's,I found at Michael's.
Glitter paper,I got from Lone
Star when I was vacationing
in Conroe.
My sister told me I was a bit
of a night owl.
I put our Grandmother's pic
on here cuz her presence is
always felt. I used my WORD
for the banner above Grand-
mother. There's a small day-
time view but my house really
lights up at night!

Another ornament and box

I'm having fun making these. They make perfect little gifts.
I found an easier way to apply glitter (if your messy like me) and it makes the hole in your ornament sturdier.OPI makes a nail polish that is mostly glitter and the brush is also a good size. Also the sequins that you buy are the perfect size for a tiny brad. I put a sequin and a tiny brad in the handle.

I know this isn't Christmas paper but I had a hard finding purple. So I tried to make it as Christmassy as I could! The lighting doesn't show it purple, but
it is.

Project Tuesday Ornament and a box

This Project Tuesday challenge was right up my alley! I had a box of flowers and I was just thinking how to create a box like this and all the figuring was done for me!
I don't like to waste ANYTHING so I used the plastic container for my redline tape for the clear window in my box. I used the circles in spellbinders. A snowflake punch and some diamond dust, I bought from my friend Jean a long time ago. Some BLING from my stash of course!

I cut the reindeer out with my cricut and used nestabilities for my moon, used Martha Steward's border punch and another border punch from my stash and some BLING of course!

Cricut is the ticket!

This is two-page spread using my
                                                   Cricut cutting machine.It is a
tradition for me to watch the
                                                   Wizard of Oz around Christmas.
The pics didn't come out so great
but the LO did!
I used the paper doll, and paper pups for Toto. The letters and flowers and the yellow brick road and tags were done with George and basic shapes cartridge
My pic landed on top of the yucky witch,The good witch is up in the corner under vellum to simulate the bubble!

Mini-Milk cartons

These Mini-Milk cartons are perfect for little do-dads and CANDY. I downloaded a program for the holder from Inking Idaho Blog and I didn't have a template for the big shot from SU so I cut and scored myself but it would have been alot faster with the template but it still came out cute. The rest of it I got from my rather large stash!

I made this Genie Bag(I think) for the baby shower on Sat.
It was also my challenge for Project Tuesday.
I didn't have a craft bag so I used a regular lunch bag. I embossed with my cuttlebug and I used my Cricut cutting machine for the letters and the tag. Used a punch for the butterfly and circle punches for the scalloped border. Ribbon and flowers and bling from my stash.

I made 42 nugget purses for a baby shower this coming sat. (11-13-2010) It did take up the whole week-end but it was fun.
I made the purses from Project Tuesday tutorial and cut out purse closures with my Cricut cutting machine.

I found this on my station at work from a buddy. It was filled with candy though. I ate it!
She made it out of a yogurt container, isn't it CUTE?

I got this cutsie little novelty paint
can at Michaels and I decorated it and
filled it with some chocolate kisses

I meant to do this LO a while back!

This is Heidi (my SIL) I found this pic quite funny, so I scrapped it! I got the pics off her FB. She is the one responsible for me liking this HOBBY. Years ago she showed me a layout, the computer did "I thought I like that"
It sure is a slow process but I LIKE IT!
